TODAY IS THE CRUCIAL FIFTH DAY.

It is reported that today is the fifth and final day of the first Test cricket match between the visiting Pakistan team and the Sri Lankan team.

When the match was stopped yesterday (19), the Pakistan team, which was batting for its second innings, had scored 48 runs for the loss of three wickets.

Sri Lanka scored 312 all out for their first innings and Pakistan scored 461 all out in reply.

The Sri Lankan team started its second innings 149 runs behind Pakistan’s first innings and could score only 279 runs for that innings.

Accordingly, the Pakistan team chasing a winning target of 131 runs needs 83 more runs to win the match and for that they have 7 wickets remaining.
