It is reported that Wattegama police has arrested a tutor who abused a school student.
A 44-year-old mathematics tutor residing in Gunnapana, Napana has been arrested.
Investigations into the incident have revealed that this student has been abused for several months in a tutoring class located in Wattegama area.
The arrested suspect teacher is scheduled to be produced in court today (19).
