UGLY FROM BANDULA?. OPPRESSED PEOPLE ARE MORE OPPRESSED

It is reported that the Urban Development Authority has informed the shop owners to remove the Street Foods shops located near the Mantiruwa walking in the crocodiles towards the Parliament.

A rumor is spreading among the shopkeepers that the emergency order is in effect because the car of the Minister of Transport, Highways and Mass Media Dr. Bandula Gunawardena was caught in a traffic jam last Friday.

However, one of the shop owners told the Sri Lanka Mirror that Street Foods has also formed an association of shop owners and their shops are spread over an area of 7000 square meters.

He pointed out that he has the income to pay the government even if it is a tax of 3 lakh rupees per month if necessary. He pointed out that all the shopkeepers here are helpless without jobs and now they are doing something.

Also, none of them are professionally in the food and beverage business, he said.

Meanwhile, it has been reported to Sri Lanka Mirror that several well-known business organizations in Sri Lanka are eyeing this location and we will reveal who they are in the near future.
