Foreign media say that some hospitals in the United States have made it mandatory to wear face masks to prevent the spread of covid, colds and respiratory diseases.
Hospitals in New York, California, Massachusetts and Illinois have made the decision.
During the week of December 17-23, 29,000 cases of Covid were reported from different parts of America, which is a 16% increase compared to the previous week.
