Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Southern, Central and North-central provinces and in Mullaitivu district during the afternoon or night.
A few showers may occur in the Western and Southern coastal areas in the morning too.
General public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by temporary localized strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
