Eastern and Uva provinces and Hambantota and Polonnaruwa districts will experience some rains.
In Western, Sabaragamuwa and Central Provinces and in Galle, Matara and Sahakurunegala Districts, scattered showers or thundershowers will occur in the evening or at night.
There may be some rain in the morning in the coastal areas of the Western Province.
People are kindly requested to take necessary measures to minimize the danger caused by temporary strong winds and lightning that may accompany thunderstorms.
