Customs with Low
We have learned in previous lessons how human civilization is bound by law. Today’s lesson is going to look at how “customs” can be a law. The “customs” of a human community are recognized in modern courts as law. Traditions that have existed for a long time are later passed to the present day after being presented to Parliament.
One of the main things that sets people apart from other members of the animal kingdom is the development of customs, traditions, and traditions around everything from cosmetic customs to sexual practices. People love to live in such a way that the world has been rich in thousands of different cultures since the beginning of civilization. One important element of any culture is its code of ethics.
The human race, which is united on the basis of social relations of thousands of cultures, has become a broad social entity with a gradual evolution from family, tribe, group, village, city, country and state. Nowadays it is expanding even more.
Even after more than 400 years of foreign invasion, East Timor’s customs and traditions are still resilient. Groups of ancestral origins are the basis of its social structure, and its custodians have ritualistic allegiances and reciprocal bonds. Such traditions are highly reflected in the politics of East Timor. The social civilizations built by primitive people in various ways for their tribal existence will change from time to time and will continue to move forward for thousands of years to come. Law must also change and take on different forms, and human beings must understand that the law of today, as well as the study of other sciences and sciences, is subject to change at the same time.
Today, this human network goes beyond the concepts of village, country and state, breaking down those boundaries and making the world a single village. With the concept of this universal village in which that collective is being built, society is also undergoing a major revolution. At the same time, everything is changing revolutionarily. We are joining hands with laws that the world should work together for, not the law of the land but the law of the state.
The United Nations, the major body formed by the nations after World War II, is one such universal organization. Despite its various shortcomings, the organization has been very strong and persistent since the 20th century and has achieved great results. At present, all its member countries are interconnected with other nations and have established international relations on the basis of traditions, recognitions, conventions and agreements, as well as the recognition of individual issues as well as common issues between each nation. People from all over the world are uniting on this and this is an attempt to unite the whole universe with the concept of village built by the aboriginal people based on a family. The corona epidemic is a clear indication that all of this is being embraced and acted upon in the same direction. We can identify this universal village concept by working to eradicate corona from the world by following the advice given by the World Health Organization.
