Lives displaced by weather.

According to the Disaster Management Center, six deaths have been reported due to the adverse weather conditions in the country.
In view of this situation, it is also reported that 84 divisional secretariats in 14 districts of the island have been severely affected, and 18,129 people belonging to 4,271 families have been affected, according to the Disaster Management Center.
The districts of Trincomalee, Hambantota, Galle, Kilinochchi, Kalutara, Gampaha, Colombo, Ratnapura, Kandy, Kegalle, Ampara, Nuwara Eliya and Kurunegala have been affected by this disaster.
Also, it has been reported that 237 displaced persons have been taken to 07 safe places and detained due to this dire situation.
