Meanwhile, it is reported that the X-ray machine in the emergency department of the Colombo National Hospital is also out of order.
The All Ceylon Nurses Association stated that the patients are suffering a lot because of this.
The Secretary of the All Ceylon Nurses’ Union Mr. SB Madiwatta mentioned that various problems have arisen in the operation of the machine since more than 03 months.
He has also pointed out that patients have to stay in the hospital for many days due to this problem.
