PRIME MINISTER IS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE GOVERNMENT

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa says that when the present government came to power, the youths who used to love the country and painted on the walls of every city and village should look into whether there are queues for passports to leave the country.

Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa has stated that the painting was not done with the help of the government or anyone else, but at their own expense and that it did not happen at the invitation of anyone, at least they did not include their name or anything in the painting.

The Prime Minister has stated that the youths have pointed out that party politics has tarnished the country and that the country should not be allowed to be tarnished by this ugly politics.

The Prime Minister emphasized that it is necessary to find out why the majority of the youth in the country are currently in the passport queue.

The Prime Minister has expressed these views while participating in the anniversary celebrations of the Sri Lanka People’s Front.
