Basil Rajapaksa, Minister of Finance and S. Jayashankar, Minister of External Affairs of India had a telephone conversation.
The conversation took place yesterday (10) and the Indian External Affairs Minister had posted a note on his Twitter account.
Accordingly, the Indian External Affairs Minister has stated that an agreement has been reached to work more closely in the future.
