The case filed against Basil Rajapaksa in connection with a property in Malwana in the Gampaha High Court was taken up before High Court Judge Nimal Ranasinghe today (01).
Defendant Basil Rajapaksa was also present to appear for the case.
Accordingly, the architect of the house in Malwana Muditha Jayakody has been cross-examined today and his evidence has been adjourned until January 07 as his evidence is contradictory and further evidence is yet to be heard.
