Dr. Samadhi Rajapaksa, Chairman of the National Authority on Tobacco and Alcohol says that the price of a cigarette could go up in the next budget due to the price formula proposed to determine the price of a cigarette.
Dr. Samadhi Rajapaksa has stated that the price of a cigarette is increasing every year and added that the introduction of a price formula to determine the price of a cigarette is a historic step.
Dr. Samadhi Rajapaksa, Chairman of the National Authority on Tobacco and Alcohol further stated that they are committed to getting rid of tobacco and alcohol addicts.
